Sewing the loops on the backside, and adding the rod and tassels, makes for a perfect wall hanging. You can see this in the Photo Jim texted to you. I will enjoy this work of art for many years to come.During our visit, we reflected on our many travels, especially in Europe and the Middle East. As a young man just out of high school, I spent 2 years on a navy destroyer. Most of those two years, we were in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Later on, as part of my career with AT&T, I lived in Tehran for two years 1977-1979. This is when the Iranian Revolution was brewing. For the most part, the Iranian people were friendly and hospitable to us expats.
